General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble


These General Terms and Conditions concern the individual services implemented by the Amiens Métropole Tourist and Convention Office, hereinafter referred to as OTCAM.

ARTICLE 1 – DESCRIPTION

The individual services offered by OTCAM include recurring offerings (Guided Tour of the Cathedral, Guided Tour Discover Amiens) and one-off events (gastronomic programs: Aperitif at a leisurely pace, Brunch by bike, Market Visit, Chefs' Dinner, Food Amiens).

This list is not exhaustive and may change depending on the seasonal events schedule.

ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the purchase of individual services.

Prior to placing any order, the client agrees to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept them without reservation.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply from the date of acceptance until the completion date of the service in question.

ARTICLE 3 - ENFORCEABILITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale enforceable against the customer is the one accepted by the customer at the time of the order.
The various versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are archived by OTCAM according to the following methods: archiving by date in paper, PDF, and Word formats.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERING

Orders for individual services can only be placed online (https://billetterie.amiens-tourisme.com) or at the OTCAM reception desk.
The buyer's personal information and data are essential for the seller to process and finalize the order.
Payment for the order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and validation of the order.

ARTICLE 5 - PRICES

Recurring individual visits (Guided Tour of the Cathedral and "Discover Amiens" Tour) are offered at the following prices:
Full Price: €10
Reduced Price: €8 (job seekers, recipients of RSA, ASS, AAH, ASPA upon presentation of proof, companion of a person with a disability, holders of the tourism pro pass and ETER program)
Free Price: €0 (under 26 years old, students, people with disabilities, holders of an Amiens Cœur de Somme pass)
One-off individual visits are offered at specific prices, which are listed on the online ticketing platform (https://billetterie.amiens-tourisme.com) and at the OTCAM ticket office.
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.

If the customer is unable to attend the purchased service, they may transfer it to a service of equivalent value at a later date. This can be done by contacting the OTCAM reception desk by phone at +33 (0)3 22 71 60 50 or by email at ot@amiens-metropole.com, subject to availability.
Refunds are only possible in cases of force majeure (death, hospitalization, pandemic, natural or technological disaster) and in the event of a failure on the part of OTCAM. All refund requests must be sent by email to ot@amiens-metropole.com, accompanied by supporting documentation and a bank statement, no later than 7 days after the date of the service in question.
For one-off events where rescheduling is not possible, a refund is possible if the request is made at least 3 business days before the scheduled service. The request must be sent by email to ot@amiens-metropole.com, accompanied by supporting documentation and a bank statement.

ARTICLE 6 – SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE GASTRONOMY PROGRAM

Unless otherwise indicated, each event including a meal or tasting is offered as a set menu with no alternatives available.

Unless otherwise indicated, there is no children's version of the menus offered. If a child wishes to participate, the full price will be charged, without any discount.
Services including alcohol are not available to minors. (PUBLIC HEALTH CODE: ART. L. 3342-1, L. 3342-3)
The allergen list can be provided upon request at the OTCAM reception desk or by email to ot@amiens-metropole.com within 72 hours.
All information is available on the website (https://billetterie.amiens-tourisme.com). The website is not a contractual document.

ARTICLE 7 - PERSONAL DATA

The personal information and data relating to the client of an individual visit service are necessary for the proper functioning of the operation, allowing verification of the true identity of the service recipient.
This information and data are kept for a maximum of 3 years by OTCAM for security purposes, in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

The data may be used by OTCAM for statistical analysis of individual visits.

The customer may write to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Amiens Métropole, Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, BP 2720, 80027 Amiens CEDEX 1, to exercise their rights of access and rectification regarding their personal data being processed, in accordance with the provisions of French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to the use of their data for marketing purposes, including commercial prospecting. Complaints should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@amiens-metropole.com.
Data is collected in compliance with the GDPR.

ARTICLE 8 - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (April to September)

All complaints must be sent by email no later than one week after the date of service to the following address: ot@amiens-metropole.com.
The Amiens Métropole Tourist and Convention Bureau undertakes to respond to the client within a maximum of 48 business hours from receipt of the email.
